HASBRO'S NEW IRON MAN 3 'ASSEMBLERS' LINE FEATURES INTERCHANGEABLE ARMOUR SYSTEM FOR GREATER CUSTOMISATION

From this month, fans of Marvel’s iconic superhero, Iron Man, will get to enjoy a plethora of new action figures that features a new ‘Interchangeable Armour System’ that can be swapped between figures to create hundreds of incredible Iron Man combinations. Complete with new suit designs, full of gadgets, blasters and other compatible toys, the new line complements the launch of upcoming movie, IRON MAN 3.

Available in Singapore from this month, the new line of Iron Man 3 3.75-inch action figures from Hasbro features a slew of customizable pieces and parts giving collectors the power to swap armour and weapons between characters. Each character can be customised and equipped with accessories like projectile launchers from a different hero altogether.

Sixteen figures will be released throughout 2013 in this new "Assemblers" line-up, including a first wave which features the most iconic armours from the film including the new red-and-silver Iron Man Mark VIII suit Robert Downey Jr. wears in Iron Man 3 movie, the War Machine armour of James "Rhodey" Rhodes (Don Cheadle), and Rhodey's spiffy red, white and blue outfit as Iron Patriot.

Each pack (S$17.90) offers more than 25 armour combinations, and the rest of the line draws inspiration from previous Iron Man films as well as The Avengers, plus decades of various Iron Man get-ups from the Marvel comic books.

Fans can expect to find most of the Iron Man 3 product line available at Toys’ R’ Us from 9th March 2013, with the rest of stores following suit from 13 March 2013. Also coming in April are the Micro-Muggs Action Figure Assortment, a series of 24 1.75-inch collectible figures, available at 7-ELEVEN stores island-wide, for those who crave miniature high-flying adventure; as well as the highly anticipated Iron Man 3 Marvel Legends 6-Inch figure line (S$39.90)! Adding to the extravaganza is the Titan Hero Series which includes a 12-inch Iron Man and Iron Patriot for giant-sized aerial action, priced at S$19.90, to be released in the second half of 2013

In 2013, kids and fans can recreate the excitement of the IRON MAN 3 film with the buildable ASSEMBLERS action figure line. Each figure features an Interchangeable Armor System, allowing one figure to create more than 25 armor combinations and allowing armor to be switched out between the 16 available figures in the line to create 100’s more combinations.
